In the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms, Slot Syabas reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance may be fully forfeited.

Slot Syabas shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our platform, including loss of anticipated winnings.

Maximum liability Slot Syabas to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution Procedure:

• All disputes must be reported to Slot Syabas customer support within 30 days of the date of the incident
• Slot Syabas will investigate and issue a decision within 14 business days
• If you are not satisfied with our decision, the dispute may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body
• Slot Syabas decisions based on system log records are considered final for all disputes relating to game outcomes
